Artist: Rykov, Viktor
(1940 –)Viktor Mikhailovich Rykov was born in Murmansk (Russia) in 1940. Studied at the prestigious Repin Institute in St. Petersburg. Rykov was active in the Kursk region and was a chairman of the Union of Artists in Kursk.
