Zhilin, Viktor Ivanovich. Born in 1946. Graduated from the Kursk State Pedagogical Institute at the faculty of Painting en Graphics in 1969. He is a member of the Union of Artists of USSR from 1975. Awarded with diploma’s of the Painters Academy of the USSR en the Union of Artists of Russia. Began exhibiting 1975. Paints mainly portraits.
