Arkadiy Grigorievich Pavliuk was born in Kiev in 1925. He graduated from the Odessa Art College in 1951 and in 1958 he obtained his diploma from the Kharkov Art Institute. He participated in international exhibitions since 1993 and he had 18 personal exhibitions in Ukraine. He is still active in Vinnitsa (Ukraine).
